First United Bank’s ‘Cookin’ for the Cure’ Raises $7K for Merle M. Mahr Cancer Center

Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville Foundation Partners with Carhartt for Play Park Canopies

Release Date: 05/29/2024 MADISONVILLE, KY — The Rog Badgett All-Inclusive Pediatric Play Park has undergone its first major improvements since the park opened in June of 2019.  With the installation of new sunshade canopies, families and pediatric therapy patients at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville will now be able to comfortably utilize the park all summer long.

Local high school students raise money to support free mammograms

Baptist Health Madisonville Foundation receives WHAS Crusade For Children Grant

The LiteGait is a gait training device that simultaneously controls weight bearing, posture, and balance over a treadmill or over ground.  The unique harness allows unilateral or bilateral support while allowing progression of weight bearing so gait training can begin earlier in the rehabilitation process.  It suspends the patient and allows the clinician to manually assist lower extremities and pelvis to achieve proper gait patterns.
