Sleep is important to your well-being. Since most people spend roughly one-third of their lives asleep, it is easy to relate the quality of sleep to the quality of life.
One out of three Americans has a sleep disorder which can make the sleeping or waking hours miserable. Once detected, most sleep disorders can be corrected. This simple quiz is designed to alert you to any problems resulting from poor quality of sleep.
