Video Visit appointments provide a secure and convenient way to access exceptional care, simply delivered to a location that is convenient for you! To participate in a video visit, you must have an active MyChart account. Video visits may be held on a mobile device or your desktop/laptop computer.

Get a diagnosis
The provider will use your video conference to examine you and then diagnose and treat your conditions remotely. This can include a treatment plan, and, if needed, a prescription sent directly to your pharmacy.
Treat common conditions
Providers will diagnose and treat many conditions, including ear infection, sore throat, cold and flu, allergies, pink eye, nausea, constipation, asthma, bronchitis, and upper respiratory infections, as well as common skin conditions including bug bites, rashes and diaper rash.
Keeping your information secure
MyChart/Epic is a HIPAA-secure platform that only you and the provider can access, so you can be certain your information is safe and secure.
You can use Urgent Care Video Visits anywhere in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois (due to provider licensing) wherever you have an internet connection, such as home, work, a hotel room, or even in your parked car.
Urgent Care Video Visits are available 365 days each year, from 8 AM - 8 PM
If the provider determines that a prescription is needed, the order will be sent to your local pharmacy. (No controlled substances can be prescribed via Urgent Care Video Visits.)
A summary of your visit will be in MyChart and will be sent to your primary care physician
You can use a tablet or smart phone with a camera and microphone; make sure you have a reliable internet connection. Do not use Urgent Care Video Visits while operating a motor vehicle.
