Billing FAQ

When will I receive a bill?
You will receive a bill once the account has a patient due balance.  A second statement goes out approximately 28 days after the first statement and shows how much money is still owed. Any balances unpaid or not on a payment plan will be sent to our extended business office for continued billing.
